Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and development of our next-generation AI solutions. You will work on complex problems, mentor junior engineers, and drive the technical vision for our AI products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML models, including deep learning and generative AI solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end model lifecycle, from data acquisition and feature engineering to training, validation, and deployment.
• Architect and implement scalable MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and continuous training (CT).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for model development.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and hardware to drive innovation.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, reliability, and observability in production environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Strong understanding of MLOps principles and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
